We also appointed a CDM Advisor as part of our service to support the demands of process

Handover, decant and commissioning

Preparing O&M Manuals, hand-over documentation and facilitating hand-over and commissioning processes, and setting up for managing various interfaces during decant, warrantee and DLP period

Final Account and ongoing services mobilisation

Agreeing a final account and procuring maintenance contracts (warrantees)
